Climbers Friday, Sep 29 2006

These crazy people were “walking” along a very very thin ledge here in the gorge (not too high up, but still high enough that they’d be hurt if they fell). I was too far away and it was too late in the day for me to get a clear shot of them (and they moved like fast bugs).

Somebody’s taken to building little temples and menhirs out at Ithaca Falls. I saw this tonight and was so excited. There are more. Click on my Flickr site to see them :) So fun :)

view of a rainy day, originally uploaded by poetdiva.

This is what I see laying on my bed. This view is obscured by mist and rain and fog, but normally, I’d see the inlet of Cayuga Lake and the East Hill and Cornell.

Ithaca Beer Company Saturday, Sep 23 2006

ithaca beer company, originally uploaded by poetdiva.

I’m allergic to beer, but this beer did not make me get congested. Hrrrmmm. Can I drink beer again??? :) I bought this at a little beer specialty store on State Street, just before the junction of State and Meadow. If you like beer, you must go here :)
